BYU Ballroom Performance Policies

Thank you for contacting BYU Ballroom dance about a performance for your event! We would love to share our talented students with you. Please review the following information:

Venue Requirements

40' wide x 30' deep hard floor suitable for dance
Men's and Women's changing rooms (windows covered)
Crossover behind stage for dancers (hallway is fine)
Electrical plugin for sound system (BYU will provide)

Performance Fees

Within Utah County: $50-$75
Outside of Utah County: $150 (covers BYU Van Rental for students)
Online payment details will be sent after performance is approved.
