United States Youth Formation Championships 2024

Registration


Each team is required to submit 5 items for registration.

  1. Formation Team Entry Form due February 12, 2024.

  2. Music

    -Details emailed to directors 2 weeks prior to championships.

  3. Invigilation Link

  4. Costume Approval form

Invigilation, Costume Approval, Beats and Bars form (submit below):

Invigilation:

  1. Submit a video link (YouTube or other file share) of your medley for the invigilation process.
    a. The team should dance their entire routine with music, including walk on and walk off, with the entire team visible at all times.
    b. If your routine does not pass invigilation, you will be notified and you may resubmit the video with the required corrections.
  2. Submit a Beats and Bars form (for ballroom routines) showing total bars of medley and open and closed bars in each dance. Example can be found here.

Costume Approval:

  • Submit pictures of your full team in each costume, front and back.

Invigilation, Costume Approval and Beats and Bars Form

Due March 1st

. We recommend submitting this as early as possible just in case an adjustment with your routine or costumes are needed. Each medley needs its own form.
