Tail Suit Rental Agreement
By submitting this form you agree to the rental conditions below:
- Tail suit may be picked up 2 days before event.
- Renter agrees to pay for all damages incurred during rental.
- Dry cleaning and/or alterations are prohibited.
- Tail suits are due the Monday following the event. $10/day late fee will be charged.
- Renter agrees to pay current replacement cost of tail suit if not returned.
