Class Event Registration-BYU Dancesport Championships
Registration Due By October 24!
Pro Tip: Use the SAME VERSION OF YOUR NAME for all events so our system doesn't think you are 2 different people.
If you need to change your entry, email ballroomdance@byu.edu.
Current members of the BYU Ballroom Dance Company (including ensemble teams) and anyone competing in any open event, may not enter the DANCE 180 competition even if they are currently attending that class.
RULES SPECIFIC TO BYU CLASS EVENTS
All competitors must have an admission ticket for each day they are competing. One ticket is good for all day. Discounted multi-day tickets are available for purchase by BYU students only and must be purchased on or before November 7th, 2024.
These events are open to BYU students only. The syllabi allowed for these events will be taught in each course.
Students must be currently enrolled in the class to compete in the class event competition. They may also enter the class competition directly above a course that they are enrolled in. Those students who “dance up” must dance their own class routines for the higher level competition. Students who are attending two class levels of the same style may only enter the competition for the higher level class.
